2025 Spring Dance recital will be held Saturday April 26th at Chiles High School Auditorium

$150 Recital fee is be due to participate. ($75 in Nov., + $75 in Jan due with monthly tuition fee.)

The total recital fee amount includes, but is not limited to the following:

• A costume that your dancer can keep as well as any accessories, and a new pair of tights. (shoes not included)
• Recital program/Yearbook
• A trophy or medal
• A digital download of the recorded show

You’ll receive your dancer’s costume the week of April 8th, in class, at school.  Dancer’s account balance must be zero in order to receive their costume. Final payments for the year will be due by April 5th.

Tickets are sold for our recital event.  You choose and reserve your seats in advance, no need to arrive early or save seats. Ticket information will be sent via email in late March.

Ticket sales pay for the cost of renting the recital venue, music licensing, backstage and onstage materials & props, janitorial services, audio/visual services, and key holders fee, and more.

DRESS REHEARSAL: Dress Rehearsal is held the same morning of recital.  Here is the schedule. At Dress Rehearsal, dancer arrive in full costume, hair and optional make-up done.  After rehearsal group and individual photos are taken by our professional photography company.

PROFESSIONAL PICTURES: Immediately following rehearsal, dancers have a group and individual photos taken.  Purchasing photos is available in pre-order and post-recital.  Photos are delivered about four weeks after the recital date to the address provided on the order information.

After photos are completed, dancer and family are to leave venue returning later for the recital check in.

Dress Rehearsal and photos usually last no more than one hour.  Recitals are usually an hour and a half.

*** Please be hyper-aware of your dancer’s recital day schedule, Rehearsal time and Recital showtime.  Due to a tight schedule, if you are late to rehearsal, you will miss it.  Dancers rehearse one time on stage and then immediately go to the photography area. ***

RECITAL EXTRAS:

FLOWERS & SOUVENIERS: If you would like to present your dancer with a bouquet of fresh flowers or fun souveniers post show, we will be partnering with a local florist who will be selling in the front of the venue.

T-SHIRTS: You can pre-order (only) recital-themed t-shirts here.

PROGRAM DEDICATIONS/ADS: You can buy program ads or dedications to your dancer here. 1/4, 1/2, full page options available.

DADDY DAUGHTER DANCE: If you would like your dancer to participate in the daddy daughter dance at the end of recital, you can reserve spots here. Any parent or special adult can participate with your dancer.

VIDEO RECORDING: We will have a professional videographer record the show(s). Everybody will receive the link to this digital download as part of your recital fee package. No need to purchase separately.
